Where a reward is limited to one per participant, information may be reviewed to identify duplicate Discord accounts, repeated claims or repeated use of the same wallet address. These checks are intended to maintain fair participation and protect legitimate community members.

Paid Cosmic Dream Bog NFT purchases are intended only for persons age 18 or older. Operator-controlled paid mint interfaces should not knowingly permit paid NFT purchases by minors. If we learn that information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring deletion or parental consent under applicable law, appropriate steps will be taken consistent with applicable law.
