Welcome to Cosmic Dream Bog, a project operated under the Terencio Verde business name. These Terms govern your use of the Cosmic Dream Bog website, Discord community, Hunt Bot, games, interactive experiences, digital collectibles, NFT claims and paid NFT mints.
By accessing or participating in Cosmic Dream Bog, you agree to these Terms. By initiating a paid NFT mint, you also agree to the NFT IP & Holder License and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Cosmic Dream Bog is an entertainment and community experience that may include interactive Discord games, storytelling, digital collectibles, NFTs, community events, characters, artwork and related features. The Hunt Bot and other interactive features may record game progress and information necessary to operate the experience.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with laws applicable to you. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account and any blockchain wallet associated with the experience.
You may not purchase or use Cosmic Dream Bog NFTs where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions or other legal restrictions.
The Cosmic Dream Bog Hunt Bot provides interactive features including commands such as /hunt, progression tracking, role assignments, access to game-related Discord channels and reward eligibility. Game mechanics, probabilities, encounters, rewards and progression requirements may be adjusted as the experience develops.
Attempting to exploit, manipulate, automate, interfere with or circumvent the Hunt Bot or its progression systems may result in removal of rewards, loss of game access or removal from the community.
Certain rewards or mints may require a public blockchain wallet address. A submitted wallet address may be associated with your Discord account for eligibility, ownership verification and reward delivery.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, device security, transaction approvals, destination address, network selection and blockchain/network fees. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Cosmic Dream Bog cannot recover lost credentials or reverse a transaction you authorize.
Participation may make you eligible for digital artwork, posters, NFTs or other digital rewards. Some rewards may be genuinely free community, founder, game, quest, participation or promotional airdrops. Eligibility does not necessarily mean immediate delivery; rewards may be distributed periodically, including through scheduled Cosmic Dream Bog Alliance Dispatches.
Cosmic Dream Bog may offer paid digital collectible mints. A paid Cosmic Dream Bog NFT purchase consists of ownership of the applicable blockchain token together with only those intellectual-property rights expressly granted under the Cosmic Dream Bog NFT IP & Holder License.
Mint eligibility may be based on a disclosed allowlist or snapshot, ownership of qualifying Cosmic Dream Bog poster NFTs, completion of project participation requirements, or other criteria disclosed for the applicable mint phase. Qualification for one phase does not guarantee qualification for another phase.
Before a paid mint opens, the applicable mint interface or official project materials will disclose material mint facts, including as applicable: collection supply or maximum supply, price, accepted payment asset, blockchain, mint phases, eligibility criteria, wallet limits, reserved or insider allocations, royalties, material administrator or pause controls, reveal plan, transfer restrictions, platform and network fees, and material technical or transaction risks.
A paid mint may be conducted through UNVAULT or another third-party provider. A third-party provider's own terms, privacy policy, transaction rules, fees and technical limitations may apply separately. Use of a third-party platform does not expand the rights included in a Cosmic Dream Bog NFT purchase or create additional promises by Cosmic Dream Bog unless expressly stated in writing.
No refund is provided for buyer's remorse, market-price changes, gas or network fees, wallet errors, loss of wallet access, third-party platform changes or a purchaser's failure to understand blockchain technology. Nothing in these Terms eliminates a refund, rescission or other consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Cosmic Dream Bog NFTs are intended as digital collectibles associated with the project's artwork, characters, story and creative community. They are not offered or marketed as investments.
No NFT represents equity, stock, debt, a partnership interest, revenue share, profit share, ownership interest in Terencio Verde or Cosmic Dream Bog, or a right to project income. No purchaser is promised passive income, recurring compensation or payment merely for holding a Cosmic Dream Bog NFT.
Cosmic Dream Bog does not promise that an NFT will appreciate, maintain value, generate income or profit, have liquidity or have a secondary market. Secondary-market prices may be volatile and may fall to zero. Any future holder benefit is separate from the consideration exchanged in the NFT sale unless the applicable sale terms expressly state otherwise.
Where rewards are limited to one per participant, Cosmic Dream Bog may review Discord accounts, submitted wallet addresses, game records and related information to identify duplicate or abusive claims. Attempts to obtain duplicate rewards through alternate accounts, automation, duplicate claims or circumvention may result in disqualification.
Purchasers are responsible for the disclosed purchase price and applicable blockchain/network fees. Third-party platform fees may also apply where disclosed. Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Cosmic Dream Bog may collect legally required taxes where applicable and maintain transaction records for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal compliance. Purchasers remain responsible for their own tax obligations.
The project may specify a 5% creator royalty on qualifying secondary-market transactions. Collection may depend on smart-contract design, marketplace support and transfer mechanics, and is not guaranteed on every transfer. A creator royalty payable to the project is not a revenue share payable to NFT holders, and holders receive no ownership interest in or entitlement to project royalties.
Cosmic Dream Bog may choose to participate in separately announced promotional campaigns, including UNVAULT DIVIT campaigns. Eligibility to participate in a campaign may depend on holding a designated NFT, but ownership alone does not earn or create a right to a DIVIT or other promotional payment.
Where a DIVIT campaign is offered, any approved payment is compensation for a qualifying social-media marketing post or other specifically disclosed promotional work that satisfies the applicable campaign rules. No qualifying work means no DIVIT. A DIVIT is not a dividend, creator royalty, revenue share, profit share, interest payment, ownership interest, management right, voting right or promise of recurring income.
DIVIT and similar campaigns are separate from the NFT purchase, may have their own deadlines, verification requirements, disclosures, tax consequences and platform terms, and may be changed, paused or discontinued subject to the applicable campaign terms. Participants are responsible for required advertising or sponsorship disclosures and for the legality and accuracy of their own promotional content.
Participants must follow Cosmic Dream Bog community rules. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, scams, malicious links, attempts to compromise another participant's wallet or account, exploitation of game systems or other abusive activity may result in removal from Operator-controlled services.
Ownership of an NFT is distinct from ownership of the underlying copyright, trademarks, project name, world, story and other intellectual property. Holders of eligible Cosmic Dream Bog NFTs receive personal and commercial rights to the artwork associated with NFTs they lawfully own, subject to the restrictions and transfer rules in the Cosmic Dream Bog NFT IP & Holder License.
Unless expressly licensed, participation does not grant rights to unrelated Cosmic Dream Bog assets or third-party intellectual property.
Cosmic Dream Bog may use UNVAULT, Discord, blockchain networks, wallets, marketplaces, hosting providers, social-media platforms, verification providers and other third-party technologies. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Third-party availability, interfaces, contract integrations, royalty support, verification systems and policies may change independently of Cosmic Dream Bog. To the extent permitted by law, Cosmic Dream Bog is not responsible for third-party outages, hacks, policy changes, delistings or failures.
Cosmic Dream Bog is an evolving creative project. Game mechanics, Discord channels, roles, story elements, functionality, rewards, promotional campaigns and integrations may be changed, replaced, paused or discontinued. Holding an NFT does not guarantee perpetual access to every future feature, game, platform, campaign or third-party service. Material representations made in connection with a sale remain subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
Cosmic Dream Bog is provided for entertainment and community participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and Operator-controlled services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability or future market value. Nothing provided through Cosmic Dream Bog constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing here disclaims a warranty or liability that applicable law prohibits from being disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Dream Bog and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from participation, including losses associated with third-party services, blockchain networks, compromised user credentials, wallet mistakes or voluntary blockchain transactions. For a particular paid NFT transaction, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid to the Operator for that transaction, excluding network fees, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer or jurisdictional rights, disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
The version accepted for a completed paid mint governs that sale. Terms may be updated prospectively for future transactions or services. The current version will be posted here with its revision date.
